What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST.
Where do we ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and fourteen international destinations. We hope to expand our list of international shipping destinations in the near future, so please stay in touch.
Where is my order confirmation email?
Your order confirmation email should arrive within 15 minutes of placing your order. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folders. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please email us at hello@goodbitesbox.com and a customer service associate will resend a copy.
How do I locate my tracking number?
Email us at hello@goodbitesbox.com and we'll forward you a copy of our tracking number as soon as your box leaves our shipment facility. Please be sure to check your spam or promotions tabs and add hello@goodbitesbox.com to your contact list to make sure you receive the email.
Can I replace items damaged in transit?
We do our best to package all shipments as securely as possible. Occasionally, some damage may be noted as a result of a rough journey to your doorstep. Simply send us an email at hello@goodbitesbox.com and include any photos of the damage. We will be happy to help right away!
How do I update my credit card or billing address?
If you have a subscription and you’d like to update the credit card or billing address you have on file, please 1) Log into your online account 2) Click on the Subscriptions Tab 3) Click “View Details” 4) click Update “Billing Information” 5) Enter you new billing information and 6) click “Update” to save. You can also email us at hello@goodbitesbox.com for assistance.
How do I redeem a gift card?
You can redeem a gift card by adding the products you want to purchase to your cart and entering your unique gift card code as a discount code at checkout.
